Transforming Lives: TOLFA’s Lifesaving Rescue & Care Project

Rescue & Care Project

TOLFA’s (Tree of Life For Animals) Rescue & Care Project continues to provide life-saving veterinary treatment to stray and ownerless animals in Rajasthan, India. In April 2024 we donated £10,000 towards this project, helping to transform the lives of animals and people.

Veterinary Care in Action

During 2024, the project has remained as busy as ever, responding to a high number of cases. Over these months, the team provided:

7,000+ street treatments for animals with minor conditions
6,000 hospital admissions for those needing intensive care

This equates to an average of 1,083 animals per month receiving direct treatment and care.

Ongoing Efforts

The project remains dedicated to ensuring that injured, sick, and vulnerable animals receive the attention they need. With veterinary care often out of reach for stray animals, this work plays a vital role in safeguarding their well-being.
