We provide veterinary care for street animals in desperate need and their assistance has been vital in keeping our hospital doors open and the treatments rolling for almost 10,000 dogs and cats over the last 7 years. Without them, we are certain that we would have had to turn away many an animal in desperate need and, with no other dedicated street animal hospital on the island, the result of this doesn’t even bear thinking about.
As it stands however, we have had some incredible success stories with thousands of animals going on to lead happy and healthy lives beyond their time in the WECare Hospital and we can’t thank the Jean Sainsbury Animal Welfare Trust enough for gifting this second chance to them.’
